Automobile Appraisals:
At J&E we make contact with car owners within 24 hours of receiving an assignment, and have the file closed 48 hours after contact. We know the importance of communication, so we will always keep your adjusters up to date. Our standard appraisal package includes a Mitchell Systems estimate, six (6) photos of the vehicle, and an agreed price with the shop of the owner's choice. In instances of total loss, we complete CCC or Autosource paperwork according to your company's procedures. We also do manual Actual Cash Value Assessments upon request.
Low Impact Photos:
Each J&E appraiser is specially trained in the execution of low impact or soft tissue injury photos. These can be extremely useful in determining related damages and liabilities. We take care with each series to make certain that details are clear and that all measurements and photo angles are accurate. This detailed information should be helpful in the settlement of your claims.

Heavy Equipment Appraisals:
We have two experienced heavy equipment specialists who are available to travel and willing to spend the necessary time and take the effort to write fair and thorough estimates. Our heavy equipment range extends throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.
Estimate Auditing:
We have an in-house auditor who will assess and re-evaluate any estimate and obtain an agreed price with the shop within 24 hours. Our focus is to economize estimates and save insurance company dollars. If we can't save you money on the estimate, we won't charge you.
Scene Investigation and Photos Only:
Our appraisers will take photos and draw explicit diagrams of accident scenes and roadways, as well as request police reports. We will photograph vehicles and include low-impact photos and measurements if necessary.
Property:
J&E offers full property damages appraisal services. Our experienced property appraisers utilize Xactimate to prepare complete, accurate property damage appraisals.
